Criteria to qualify as Hosted Buyer in the IT/IE 2009:
  • International Buyers must represent any of the following:
  • Incentive House / Destination Management Company
  • Meeting Planner / Organizer
  • Congress Organizer
  • International Association Executive
  • Tour Operators with Incentive Travel Programs
  • Corporate End Users of Incentive Programs
  • Exhibit Organizer
  • Buyer must be active in the M.I.C.E. Business for at least 3 years
  • International Associations or Corporations must have met or are planning to meet in the Asia Pacific Region, particularly the Philippines.
The IT/IE Organizing Committee will extend the following amenities to Buyers qualified for hosting:
  • Roundtrip International Air tickets (for Foreign Buyers only)
  • Roundtrip Philippine Domestic Air tickets (for Foreign and Local Buyers)
  • Deluxe Accommodations in Manila (for Foreign Buyers only) and Destination of Choice (to include Local Buyers)
  • Ground Transfers according to the programme
  • Themed Social Events
