Occupying the southern stretch of Luzon, the Bicol region is composed of four contiguous provinces: ALBAY, CAMARINES SUR, CAMARINES NORTE, and SORSOGON; two island provinces of CATANDUANES and MASBATE; and seven cities.

Nestled at the south-easternmost tip of Cagraray Island, embracing the Pacific Ocean, Misibis is about twenty-minute boat ride from Legazpi Port Area. CAMARINES SUR
Camarines Sur is the largest among the six provinces in the Bicol Region both in terms of population and land area. Its territory encompasses two cities: Naga City, the lone chartered city, is the province's and the region's commercial, educational, financial, and cultural center; while Iriga City, a component city, is the center of the Rinconada area. Camarines Sur is famous for the world’s smallest edible fish, locally known as tabios (scientific name Mistichttys) abundantly found in the serene waters of the scenic Lake Buhi. The other lake, Bato, is noted for its tilapia (scientific name Tilapia Nituka) production.
Naga City is historically the seat of the Roman Catholic religion in the Bicol Region during the Spanish period. Today, it remains a popular pilgrimage center made prominent by the Penafrancia Festival held every September of the year in honor of the region’s patroness, Our Lady of Penafrancia. The image of the Virgin Mary is housed at Basilica Minore, a palatial structure replicating Gothic architecture. Thousands of devotees, pilgrims and visitors flock to this cathedral and along the river edges to witness Our Lady’s fluvial procession, the highlight of the festival, carried on a well decorated flotilla.
CAMARINES SUR WATERSPORTS COMPLEX (CWC)
Camsur Watersports Complex or Camarines Sur Watersports Complex is a watersports park designed for wakeboarding, wakeskating and waterskiing. It is located within the Provincial Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur. Camsur Watersports Complex is a unique watersports park designed for wakeboarding, wakeskating and waterskiing.
